Trick for freezing ground meat


We go to the wholesale club and buy meat. 


You put it all in a ziploc bag and flatten it out...


Then you use a ruler (or whatever not sharp straight edge  you might have) and push the bag down, dividing into equal sections.  Then lay it flat to freeze, breaking off pieces as you need them.
