Move over Mint Chocolate Chip-I have a new love

Em and I were grocery shopping at HEB the other day and I made the mistake of going there while I was hungry.  We stopped in the ice cream aisle and saw some HEB Creamy Creamy Creations Churn Style Toasted Coconut ice cream. 

Being a lover of all things coconut, I bought it and brought it home. 

My favorite ice cream of all time - since 1988 - has been Mint Chocolate Chip.  That flavor has now been dethroned.

This ice cream has a great coconut to ice cream ratio and the toasty flavor is wonderful.
